We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
