Very welcoming stay, breakfast was very nice and plentyful.
Room was basic but clean, I would recommend this hotel as it is central to all the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Courteous helpful staff, very very clean, excellent food - a very well run medium priced hotel

Siendo por norma que al salir de España los hoteles son peores en igualdad de categorías este hotel rompe la norma siendo un gran hotel en un punto inmejorable de la ciudad. The staff is very friendly including the cleaning staff, and there were many discounts in the bar below. Location is near Morning Crescent Station of London Underground Northern Line, which is in turn near to central London. Cheaper supermarket like LiDL and 99 stores are nearby. -

Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel.. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.

This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -
