I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The staff is very friendly including the cleaning staff, and there were many discounts in the bar below. Location is near Morning Crescent Station of London Underground Northern Line, which is in turn near to central London. Cheaper supermarket like LiDL and 99 stores are nearby. -

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel.. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.

Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.
