Todo a sido excelente, el trato con el personal, que a pesar de que nadie hablara castellano, almenos intentaban hacerse enterder y entender nuestro precario ingles. - a mi entender un diez tanto en el trato del personal como situacion centrica muy agradable.familiar.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils are apparatus for someone who wished to stay in and cook.
The location in relation to the tube and London / Tower bridges was excellent. -
The location was very good. The staff was friendly. The house was ok but nothing compared to apartments of Bridgestreet which are in the same price range.

Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was
available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The
tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room
was clean, everything in order. Ac is great and sound isolation from the

Friendly, helpful staff on reception and in restaurant; compact but perfectly appointed room (great attention to design detail); very close to overground (10 mins) and tube trains (2 mins round corner) - direct tube from Paddington, Kings Cross/St Pancras, Liverpool St. Loved the compact but comfortable room with plug sockets in all the right places!

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.
