The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. La situación del hotel era muy buena y buena comunicación (metro y autobuses) e incluso andando. La oferta, viendo que la noche en el hotel no es tan barata, me sorprendió cuando vi la ofrta de las cuatro noches!! - que tiene habitacion de fumadores y buenas habitaciones

La atencion a los detalles, como por ejemplo servicio de noche donde te vienen a echar las cortinas, abrir la cama y poner unos bombones. Toiletries excelentes tambien. Calidad de la comida y limpieza absoluta - Es la quinta vez que visito el hotel y el nivel se mantiene, limpieza, centrico, personal, es excelente.

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
