We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum

On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room.
