Everything is great. The high ceiling apartment, comfortable beds, thorough cleaning, shining towels and linens, very friendly staff and ofcourse location. The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. Check out is at noon and my room has always been ready when I have arrived. Hotel is very close to the shops, ubderground, museums and cafes of South Kensington and within walking dista

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets.
