  Very friendly staff. Also accommodated us when our flight arrived early and gave us a spare room till such time as our room was ready. Clean and neat rooms, very centrally located and next to a underground station with a shopping centre within walking distance and a good deli shop next door. Requested a twin room as travelling with a friend but on arrival told there was no double room available - tried really hard to sort it out and ended up in an accessible room which was great.
