Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The front of the property was deceiving, looking like a small B&B from the outside but how surprised we were once inside. We were immediately greeted by the hosts who showed us through to the sitting area overlooking the wonderful gardens and breathtaking view over Bath. A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

From start to finish they were the so friendly and every detail was taken care of... It was raining and they gave me an umbrella. I needed a taxi for the morning and they contacted the company the night before to organise it. The room was like as if I was at home. The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.
