This was our third stay at The Griffin - and I am sure we will stay there again:
staff are always very cheerful, helpful and welcoming;
location is great for exploring Bath - near station as we travel by train and central for shops, theatre, etc.
Breakfast is fine, as are the bar snacks and range of beers and wines. -

Doing the paperwork early so that there were no delays when we checked

The location so close to the city centre. The staff professional, curteous, kind & could not do enough to ensure my Mum & I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. Fab place to stay. Nothing was too much for the owners. We were made to feel welcome from the start and the breakfast was plenty to keep us going for most of the day! The town was a short walk away - prob about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quieter than expected as it is on a busy main road. There is no parking available but we were provided with a parking permit as soon as we arrived which saved us a lot of money on parking fees. I would definitely stay there again.

Brocks is a really lovely Guest house. Four of us stayed in the lovely top floor family room from which you can see the famous Crescent and the Circus. We received a warm welcome from Karen and her daughter Rachel. Our room was at the top of the house but well worth the climb. It was exceptional, very clean, very comfortable and the attention to detail was superb. We had a choice of breakfast dishes which were served to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed. The house is in a fantastic position as everything is within easy walking distance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Brocks Guest house

minutes walk from Center of town and all the sights. Comfortable rooms,
and nice touches, E.G. Tea and coffee, biscuits, and nice toiletries. It
was great to have parking nearby which we were able to keep until our

Brindley is an amazing place where to stay... Rooms are really nice, romatic, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is gorgeous and served really professionally. It is conveniently located ... Just 5 min walking from the heart of Bath and easily accessible from outside. It is just few steps from the river, where you can enjoy a nice walk or jog.

What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).

I liked everything about this location. The guest amenities were thoughtful, caring and very welcoming. The location is excellent, the flat was very warm and comfortable. The owners did everything in their power to leave us with nothing to want for. It was a home away from home and such a beautiful experience. I am grateful to the owners for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. They truly care about their guests. I can't wait to go back.
