facilities.. If you need to have an early breakfast there are not
problem, you're going to have it on your room with all that you

-Friendly staff. -Great location- only a short walk to key places
(waverley, castle, etc). -Room nicely furnished. -Extremely comfortable
bed, the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. -Nice
atmosphere. -The cost to stay was the lowest that I could find in the
area on that night (just £57), yet you wouldn't have thought it for
how nice the place was. Because of this, I would definitely stay again
and will recommend to others.

This is a B&B we will return to. At a perfect spot in “Edinburgh new town”, in the middle of shopping and restaurant areas. The building originally from early 19th century is well preserved and nicely taken to the 21st. The top floor stairs is old and torn but so full of charms. Nice rooms in harmony with building, furniture and facilities. Run by friendly owners and an adorable old cat watching the lounge. Good WI-FI. Breakfast is served at neighbouring Rick’s Hotel, really good.

Love ricks. Stayed many times before with the girls and hubby. Fab Cocktails and breakfast. The only minor grumble this time was the lack of lighting in our bedroom. The hotel is located above the Rick's bar and restaurant. However, the noises won't reach the rooms. The room is a bit compact but cosy enough. There are a wide range of drinks that could be chosen in the minibar of the room. And breakfast could also be ordered from the restaurant below. The location is good which is not far from the castle.

Starting from travel from airport to apartment, we got a bus from airport which dropped us on Princess Street and the apartment was hardly 4-5 minutes’ walk. When we arrived, I had my login in number incorrect. We were immediately
assisted by a very friendly person on the other side of the intercom.
When we got into the apartment, it took our breath away. It is
absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. I will always stay there
when visiting Edinburgh. It is highly recommended for self catering.
Cannot get better. We loved it!

Location was superb, perfectly located on George Street near the best shops and restaurants.
Drinks and food within the hotel were fantastic and delicious.
There is no fitness center on site but they let you use the one at the Crown Plaza Roxburgh.

we stayed at tigerlilly for our second wedding anniversary. we stayd in the junior suit it was a stunning room very comfortable.we had a few drinks in the bar.the bar staff were excellent my hubby loves his whisky and one young irish bar man helped with choosing different ones he hadn't tried before giving the backgrounds of the whiskys ect brilliant service.cant wait to stay again x

2) Location - There cant be a better hotel than this....superb ! Perfect location - closer to the station. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station). Taxi would not cost more than 4 Pounds from the train station.

letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff.
