Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.

We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

Just like being at home, fabulous, the staff were very helpful with a relaxed but professional attitude.The breakfast was outstanding, more than we would have wished for..lovely fresh blueberries, strawberries and pineapple prepared with care. I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available
family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not
something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set
up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size
double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from
children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and
comfy for a family break.

Was very impressed by the helpfulness and politness of the staff and liked the services it provided. The facilities were also of a very good standard. - staff were very friendly, the food was abolutely excellent top marks to all the staff, these are the people that make any business succeed.

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
