The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

La comida - It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.

Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. We hope to return for a holiday next year. - this is
