Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the
doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We
walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

This is a luxury city hotel with a feel of staying in a grand family home. Staff are particulary helpful and friendly and make you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive.
