The price, location and staff where excellent. Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

estuve solo una noche, pero lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion del hotel, es muy centrico y a la vez muy tranquilo - el coffe shop ( yumi ) donde se sirve el desayuno era esupendo, te sentabas a una mesa, rellenabas una hoja seleccionado de entre varios apartados lo que preferias desayunar y te lo servian a tu mesa rapidamente. This hotel is not perfect by any means however for £60.00 a night in central Chelsea im not sure what people expect, i think a lot of the 'bad reviews' on here are out of order considering the price of the hotel. the location is brilliant, couldnt expect anywhere closer for this price. -

First stay in a hostel and found it welcoming by both staff and other guests. They even extended my stay and changed my bed to a lower one straight away. The higher bunks are tricky to get in without ladders

More relaxed than many other hostels, a nice setting in the grounds of Holland Park and the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good value and an evening meal is also offered.. a very good self catering kitchen also!

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
