I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere. Friendly staff. -

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either.
Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.
