Friendly staff who went out of his way to place us together which resulted in an upgrade. Booked months ago & got really good deal. Parking car for us was worth paying extra for. -

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

Nos hicieron una oferta a una habitacion superior con muy poca diferencia d precio mucho mas confort y amplitud. una situacion perfecta una zona tranquila pero a 3 paradas de metro a picadilly buena combinacion buses. cerca de un parque maravilloso.
