Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. -

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :

The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom
