La limpieza en general. La buena calidad de las toallas y sabanas. El edredon estaba muy limpio, q en algunos sitios se nota q esta sin limpiar. Y sobre todo el amplio espacio del apartamento. - La cordialidad de su personal.-Lo confortable de sus instalaciones.-Su excelente ubicación geográfica en la ciudad de Londres.-

The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
