We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as
after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was
large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good
water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was

the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans

The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from
Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants
and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really
friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are
small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we
paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would
definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff for running such a
well maintained and fr

Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we
were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel
was central to what we were doing. The room the hotel gave us was for a

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

Está bastante bien situado, la calle está llena de comida rápida, un supermercado, tiendas de souvenirs .... Las habitaciones si que son algo pequeñas, pero está limpio y tenía calefación. Además nos atendieron bastante bien. No tuve ningún problema. - La situación centrica del hotel.

Solo tienen que cruzar el parque y tomar uno de los autobuses. - El desayuno está muy bien, te lo hacen al momento y puedes repetir. El personal muy amable.La habitación triple es algo pequeña pero para unos cuantos días y por el precio que tiene es más que suficiente! Todo estaba limpio y recientemente reformado. Buena comunicación (aunque no funciona la línia central en Sheperd's Bush, via autobus hasta Notting Hill Gate se llega en 5 min perfectamente)
