I had just one, very minor, irritation at The Kensington Studios. The AC machinery outside and below our room seemed not to stop at night. As i say, only a minor irritation as it didn't stop me from sleeping.

We were very impressed with the layout of the studio room and the design of it. The heated floors was a bonus when we came in out of the cold!
The bathroom was excellent, and it was a major factor in our choice of hotel and our comfort during our stay.
As major tea drinkers, tea and milk provided was very welcome (:

Good yet quiet location in a lively area near to good tube links.
Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate.
Friendly, helpful, unobtrusive front desk staff.
Good enough for us to consider staying here again next time. -

Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets.
