Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!!
Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!
While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio

Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

I was surprised by the accomodation, it was not a hotel, as there was no staff in attendance, although they were just a phone call away. but in saying that it was very clean, good location for shops and transport, can be noisey with students, so likened it to an upmarket backpackers. B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). Mr T was very helpful

Su facilidad de comunicaciones( bus/metro/ a pie) con la ciudad en general - El hotel está muy bien situado. A dos minutos del metro y delante del Hyde Park. Las habitaciones correctas y limpias. Esperabamos unas habitaciones minúsculas por los comentarios en la web y bueno, no eran palacios, pero no estaban mal.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho
and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone
in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an
important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect
before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it
as suggested in different forums)
