Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

Su facilidad de comunicaciones( bus/metro/ a pie) con la ciudad en general - El hotel está muy bien situado. A dos minutos del metro y delante del Hyde Park. Las habitaciones correctas y limpias. Esperabamos unas habitaciones minúsculas por los comentarios en la web y bueno, no eran palacios, pero no estaban mal.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho
and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone
in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an
important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect
before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it
as suggested in different forums)

The staff was wonderful. The room and bed were perfect for two, as was the shower. The location was very central and well situated for the tube, musuems, parks, etc. This hotel really rocked even though there were some minor construction projects going on. La atencion a los detalles, como por ejemplo servicio de noche donde te vienen a echar las cortinas, abrir la cama y poner unos bombones. Toiletries excelentes tambien.
