First stay in a hostel and found it welcoming by both staff and other guests. They even extended my stay and changed my bed to a lower one straight away. The higher bunks are tricky to get in without ladders

More relaxed than many other hostels, a nice setting in the grounds of Holland Park and the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good value and an evening meal is also offered.. a very good self catering kitchen also!

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

estuve solo una noche, pero lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion del hotel, es muy centrico y a la vez muy tranquilo - el coffe shop ( yumi ) donde se sirve el desayuno era esupendo, te sentabas a una mesa, rellenabas una hoja seleccionado de entre varios apartados lo que preferias desayunar y te lo servian a tu mesa rapidamente.
