Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. Overseas League Hotel. The staff service is very kind and good
facilities.. If you need to have an early breakfast there are not
problem, you're going to have it on your room with all that you
want to eat. I recommend the Scottish breakfast that is all included

-Friendly staff. -Great location- only a short walk to key places
(waverley, castle, etc). -Room nicely furnished. -Extremely comfortable
bed, the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. -Nice
atmosphere. -The cost to stay was the lowest that I could find in the
area on that night (just £57), yet you wouldn't have thought it for
how nice the place was. Because of this, I would definitely stay again
and will recommend to others.

Location was superb, perfectly located on George Street near the best shops and restaurants.
Drinks and food within the hotel were fantastic and delicious.
There is no fitness center on site but they let you use the one at the Crown Plaza Roxburgh.

we stayed at tigerlilly for our second wedding anniversary. we stayd in the junior suit it was a stunning room very comfortable.we had a few drinks in the bar.the bar staff were excellent my hubby loves his whisky and one young irish bar man helped with choosing different ones he hadn't tried before giving the backgrounds of the whiskys ect brilliant service.cant wait to stay again x

Definitely best choice for Edinburgh. Have stayed at Balmoral 3 times already, and every time was an exceptionally pleasant experience.
