Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient
Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.
Location: Kensington is a superb neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby, close to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park

The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly.
Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

Esta situado en una de las zonas mas glamurosas de londres, en zona tranquila y muy bien comunicado con el centro, de hecho andando te queda harrods a 15 minutos y picadilly a media hora. para que tengais una idea. La atención recibida en todo momento y las facilidades para dar acomodo a mis niñas sin ningún coste adicional. - La faclilidad de uso y que queda cerca del metro y de zonas de interes como Hyde Park y museos como el de ciencias o el de historia.
