I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.

We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Location was excellent.
Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.
Luxury hotel.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
Outstanding cleanliness.
Incredibly polite staff.
The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever -
The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

An absolute luxury stay and example of impeccable design and service. we were treated so well from start to end of our stay by all the staff. i wish i could have stayed longer but it was for my birthday treat so just one night. i also had afternoon tea which was an amazing experience and one i would wholeheartedly recommend! -

The foyer and reading room has excellent menus for dining and the afternoon tea must not be missed. There is a small but cosy Bar with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
