Hotel staff were lovely, always smiling and on the day of our departure offered to keep our luggage to one side so we could go and enjoy Edinburgh without having to drag our luggage around and collect it later! The hotel had a unique and modern design, extremely friendly and helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. We visted the adjoining restaurant 'STEAK' and although it was quite expensive the food and service was worth every penny. We stayed in the room Loch Rannoch which featured a comfy king sized bed, a large flat screen TV with Sky, modern bathroom with huge walk in shower and despite other reviews plently of hot water!
We would highly recommed staying here, was perfect for exploring Ed

We've stayed at Hotel Indigo in Glasgow which is fabulous and the Edinburgh one did not disappoint either. Location is perfect. They are installing tram lines in the street but it still has access if you are arriving by car or taxi. Its a short walk to Waverly Station and all main tourist attractions can be reached by foot if you like to walk.
Room was excellent, breakfast was great. Did not try the restaurant at night but menu looked good and fairly priced.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive.
A little bit pricey but for a stay during the Festival it was fairly priced compared to other optio

This hotel is a real gem of a find..it is about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride from Princess Street. It is spotlessly clean and was so cozy that we din't want to leave. The staff are a credit to the hotel, nothing is too much trouble for them. I arrived 2 hours early and my room was ready and i was allowed to check in with any problems.

Brekfast has plenty of variety and if you leave the beautiful dining room hungry, then you have only yourself to blame.
I can't recommend this hote -
The room was well sized, central location (behind Carlton Hill) and close to Princes Street and St James shopping centre. The quiet surroundings made for a very comfortable sleep and the bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a smile. Also from the living room area there was a nice little garden (although not sure if/how you could get to it)

La habitación. - We paid the minimum and got the maximum in comfort with a freely given upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and were pleased that we were pleased. We loved everything about the place hotel,the staff were lovely the food was really nice and reasonably priced along with the drinks from the bar.It has a very modern decor but expensive feel to it with gorgeous crystal chandeliers in bar and lounge area.It is very central with everything you need within walking distance like shops pubs and the castle.We had an excellent stay here and would recommend the place hotel to anyone in fact my boyfriends mam and sister have already made a booking! 150

The owner, Heather - she is lovely, extremely helpful, makes you feel very comfortable, and genuinely cares for you.
Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room itself is very charming.
The room was cosy, beautifully decorated, and charming. The shower was also excellent. Attention is paid to every detail, and I would definitely come back there!
