We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets.
