For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. A lovely cosy hotel in the best location: 5 min walk from Paddington railway station, 10 min walk from Hyde Park. Excellent host, polite and friendly. Excellent cooked breakfast. Small but very clean rooms. Free Wifi.

Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. -

Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. -

Excellent location, just walking distance to several tube stations (Baker street, Marylebone, Paddingtone, Edgware Road), quiet in the night despite central location, spaceful perfectly for 2, alright for 3, self contained, reasonably-basically equipped kitchen. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

Beautiful Georgian house conversion. We stayed at Nr. 9 which had big
double glass doors out to the green. Apartment was well looked after,
modern with nice bathroom. Very good value for money. -
Considered as a pretty big apartment for the price I paid in london.
