They helped us by making calls for us because we did not speak fluent English. They were present at the arrival of the tow truck. In fact they have accompanied us all the time to inform and reassure us. I would like to sincerely thank them for their availability and support.

The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each.
