Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

Great place: very small, great rooms, perfect location between shoreditch and the city 2 minutes from liverpool street station, 15 minutes walk from bank. Staff incredibly kind. Great breakfast directly in the room. I'll go there again for sure!! -

Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush.
