The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. Everything. Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either.
Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

We liked the location - very close to main tourist attractions, shopping
areas, Hyde Park, underground stations. At the same time, it is a very
quiet, historic place and sure you will feel very pleased to be in such
an environment. The appartment is very cosy, you immeditely feel like

The location was very quiet at night for sleeping yet very central. Close to Green Park tube yet could walk via Berkely square to Oxford Street and Regent Street. Nice local area Shepherd's Market for eating and 2 local supermarkets. Appartment fully equiped, clean and very comfortable. well priced for the area.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London!

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
