The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the little extras - wine, chocolates, cola and water in our room. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in when visiting Brighton/Hove. Clean, well run hotel. The Manager, Dan, gave us some great recommendations for eating, drinking and visiting! Clean comfortable room with lovely big comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. We were very happy with accommodation. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Quiet small pub just around the corner from main road so no noise in our room.
Also it was good to have a separate entrance to your accommodation so no need to go through the pub bar with your bags. Lots of café/restaurants & shops around the pub.
The owners very friendly and helpful.

very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi

The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.
