Nada. Me hubiera marchado desde que hablé con el recepcionista pero me quería cobrar una penalización desorbitada. - easy to find and near railway station - Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived early, not only were we able to check in early, but also invited to have breakfast. Great 1st impression.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated! Our room suited our needs perfectly, it was stylish and comfortable with impressive complimentaries. The staff are friendly and approachable, who are genuinely interested in your stay and comfort in the hote

Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good
bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare
