The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!

I drive down from Wales. It's my third stay now and I love going back. The staff are particularly helpful and always so welcoming. Beautiful conservatory to breakfast in.
