The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal
to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Guest house is easy to find and well located for shops cafes and restaurants. Hove is a lively and vibrant town next to the sea.
The staff are cery helopful and friendly, the atmosphere was terrific and there are good leisure facilities at Sobo. -
People very friendly. Place has a good vibe and there is lots gonig on to suit different tastes.
