The hotel vienna is currently going through a £100,000 reburbishment but you would never have known it as the hotel is well run and clean, the staff are very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, there was entertainment on in the evenings but unfortunately we had prebooked tickets to see other shows but heard it was a great night. The breakfast we received each morning was freshly cooked by the owner and lovely (a great way to get you started for your day out in blackpool). Definately

The staff we're very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and quite nice, as well. The area, too, was much better than staying closer to the city with easy access via the tram.
