Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town.
Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times.

I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great.
The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay.
The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant.

Very welcoming stay, breakfast was very nice and plentyful.
Room was basic but clean, I would recommend this hotel as it is central to all the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Courteous helpful staff, very very clean, excellent food - a very well run medium priced hotel

The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and
shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very
good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what
is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart.
Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean.
I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

Siendo por norma que al salir de España los hoteles son peores en igualdad de categorías este hotel rompe la norma siendo un gran hotel en un punto inmejorable de la ciudad.
