Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

situacion - The staff were very helpful at all times nothing was to much trouble thesame as last time we enjoyed your hotel and staff and would book younext time we come to newcastle thank your staff on our behalf. - We thought it was very friendly, clean, good rates and good location. Absolutely fantastic!! Will definitely be returning. Booked up with 3 other friends for a girls weekend and could not fault this hotel at all. Spacious, week appointed, spotless apartments. Great to have the kitchen facilities. Appreciated the option of Grab & Go Breakfast, included in price - pastries, fruit, juice cartons, coffee machine.
Reception staff were friendly and professional. They made the extra effort to offer additional info, maps etc.
Location, just a few minutes walk behind the train station, but away from the noise of the centre.

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

I wanted to take my girlfriend to Newcastle for her 25th birthday and required somewhere central and stylish. We were not left dissappionted. The decor in the apartments are fantastic, made us feel at home and very comfortable. Also the metro is a 2min walk away so for £1.20 you are in the city centre withing minutes or just a short taxi ride away.

They were even understanding when I got home after our stay and discovered that I had inadvertantly packed one of their very small cushions (sent immediately back by recorded delivery). The apartments are ultra luxurious and we hope to go back soon.
