  Only stayed the one night. Trip was due to family bereavement. Staff could not have been more helpful. I was unsure what time things would be finished and staff extended my sign out for two hours. This was a great help to me and other family members who also stayed. Thank you to all. for your help and understanding. - Warm welcome - and helpful. Staff agreed to keep some our travel food in the 'fridge. The meals next door in the 'pub , including breakfast, were excellent - tasty and good value. It was convenient for us visiting family in Maerdy.
