One does not expect that e - The Staff were excellent, We booked the very last room available and it happened to be a disable room, i accidently pulled the emergency cord thinking it was a light switch, staff arrived at the room imediately to offer help. They also offered us another room for our second night if we prefered, all the staff were helpfull and pleasant.
