You must make sure ON ARRIVAL that reception staff know how much you have agreed to pay through letsbookhotel.com. Our bill would have been based on standard rates until corrected

  I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

  The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them.   On arrival the man on reception was extreamly welcoming and thought the weekend all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely warm cosy feel which the extended into the room.
