The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.

I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There

The price was nice and the sleep was good: these are main criteria for a good stay. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!

Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.
