It's very quiet - Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was central with parking which was great for the shops. Also there was a small but comfortable bar with tv. - Everything. The staff were so helpful and they helped to make it extra special for my husbands surprise birthday.Great va

The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!
