The owners Katherine & Terry are very homely loving people they cant do enough to make youf stay more welcome
The rooms ate spotless very comfy beds you have freeview tv , free wifi , tea& coffee faclities ensuite shower room & the breakfast is beautiful we didnt eat for the rest of the day
The area is very quite so you get a good nites sleep
You have everything on your doorstep
the train is 5 mins into Birmingham & the shopping in the

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

The Prince was a great budget hotel - no frills, but comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to beat in terms of value for money if you're looking for somewhere basic and reasonably central. Buses into the city centre are very frequent and take about 10 minutes, or it's a short taxi ride.

Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels. Reservation did not have to be searched for. Registration form was waiting for my signature. Breakfast was an excellent choice, good quality, quick with excellent service. - The staff went out of their way to help, particularly the reception staff who gave directions for my onward journey

Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.
