  We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! The service was so personable and nothing was too much trouble. They put on a 3 course dinner for us and we were served in style. The parking available is a massive plus in Bath as well! W - All of the our stay was excellen. From the moment we arrived and greeted with smiling faces, and very time we saw a memeber of staff they would always smile and chat to you. Also if you required anythimg it was done straight away, with no problem. The rooms were lovey, breakfast is a must!!!With lots of home made products(the best we have tried)Location was excellent, the staff when asked about walks they would print off directs and advise good walks to go on.
