A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Great location and hospitality from the owner "Giac" Unusual
to receive a text both before and on the day of arrival but very welcome
(and sensible!) We were able to confirm what time we wanted to arrive
and check in. Room was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed)
The shower was great too. Breakfast is taken in the basement kitchen and
was fresh and wonderful quality. It is only a 10minute walk or so into
the city so was a great location for going in to shop and leter to have
dinner.

Friendly welcome. welcoming entrance. Clean comfortable rooms nicely decorated. Thoughtfulness for guests little touches such as fresh milk available to go with tea trays. crisps / chocolate available to purchase. Fans in rooms (we visited in a heatwave) and every effort was made to cool rooms down. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. -

A short walk to town, although walking up the hill (back from Bath) can be challenging if you have poor fitness. A cab from town only cost £6, which is a cheap alternative to walking up the hill.
Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay at the Devonshire House again.

Excelente decoración de las habitaciones, muy buena vista - Room was so beautiful we wish we could have stayed longer. Hotel bit far from centre but we liked it that way. Being ultra picky, freshly squeezed orange juice would be nice. - It was a great place to stay and the little finishing touches were wonderful.Each room had a small box full of items you may have forgotten such as a toothbrush,razor,scissors etc which i thought was a very thoughtful touch.The decor was very in keeping with the period of the Bath architecture and the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very nice and the breakfast was lovely.
