  Everything. Bill the owner was extremely friendly and gave us a great welcome. The room, despite being on the small size was excellently appointed and the decor and furnishings were superb. The Scottish breakfasts prepared by Bill were very tasty and a good size. The location of the property (on the edge of Loch Long) is superb.   I booked into the twin room and it was clean and comfortable and a lot larger than I expected. It has all the usual amenities such as tea making facilities, television; the internet access is free and a lot better than I have experienced in many of the higher end hotel chains. There is a sofa to watch television although the magnificent picturesque view from the room surpasses anything you can watch. The beds are lar - Everything. This has to be the most well appointed B&B we have ever stayed at. Janice was welcoming and friendly and has done an amazing job. Our room was beautiful and there were lots of special touches (like the complimentary sherry and sweets in crystal). Breakfast was fabulous, a huge selection (including haggis) and served in a beautiful breakfast room with beautiful china and crystal. The location is wonderful too, opposite Loch Long and very quiet. Plenty of good parking on sit

  If you stand in front of the house, our room is on second floor to the right. It’s small, but made us feel very good and romantic. The view from our room is excellent.   We did not eat at the hotel in the evening, therefore canot comment onthe dining menu. Room cleanliness and staff were both excellent.Particularly liked the buffet style breakfast which was well presentedand cooked.
