  The hotel was better than expected. Nice little touches in the room such as the mini fridge and the mini basket of sweet and crisps which we didnt use on this occassion but it was nice to know it was there as an option. The hotel is a fair walk from the Cliffs Pavillion but we had a lovely stroll along the front after our show had finished which took us about 4 - From the minute we walked in we were struck by the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was great, nice sea view and we even had a balcony. Food excellent, especially the recommended snack for lunch - fish and chip sandwich (recommended by the hotel MD) - which was superbly presented and with a glass of wine went down exceedingly well. Dinner was excellent with great desserts, afternoon tea will have to wait for our return visit. But breakfast was the best, hom
